Apple is blocking push notifications (Telegram, X, etc.) on iOS / macOS in mainland China.
1. Open VilaNet on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
2. Go to Settings → Rules.
3. Turn on "Enable Domain Rules".
4. Add these 5 domains, each with action Proxy:
- init-p01st.push.apple.com
- init-s01st.push.apple.com
- init-p01md-lb.push-apple.com.akadns.net
- init-p01st-lb.push-apple.com.akadns.net
- init-s01st-lb.push-apple.com.akadns.net
5. Disconnect and reconnect VilaNet.
6. After finishing, toggle Airplane Mode once. If it still doesn't work, switch to Global mode.
