I can ping the VilaVPN node using Passwall, but I can’t open YouTube. Why?

This is not an issue with VilaVPN, but rather a DNS misconfiguration or routing problem caused by third-party tools like Passwall. We recommend:

  • Use the official VilaVPN client for best compatibility;

  • If you must use Passwall or similar:

    • Try downgrading to an older version;

    • Or refer to the official GitHub thread for help: Issue #3498.
